Located in the heart of Severna Park, Park Hardware is a family-owned neighborhood store built on friendly service, trusted advice, and community connections.

As the proud new owners, Diane and Tracey Gatdula are committed to honoring the store’s hometown traditions while bringing fresh ideas, expanded services, and new opportunities to the community we love.

Our Story

At Park Hardware, we believe a great hardware store is about more than nuts, bolts, and paint. It’s about neighbors helping neighbors, friendly faces, and being part of the community we call home.

Our journey into the hardware business wasn’t exactly planned. When the opportunity to purchase Park Hardware unexpectedly came our way, we saw the potential for something special. We knew it would be a challenge, but we decided to jump in with both feet!

On February 19, 2026, we proudly became the new owners of Park Hardware, beginning an exciting new chapter for this longtime Severna Park business.

While the hardware business was a new adventure for us, managing businesses and serving customers certainly wasn’t. Tracey brings nearly 40 years of retail management experience, while Diane brings her background in veterinary hospital management. Together, we share a passion for customer service, building strong relationships, and creating a welcoming place where both employees and customers feel valued.

As a family-owned and operated store, our goal is to preserve the charm and personal service of a neighborhood hardware store while introducing fresh ideas, expanding our products and services, and finding new ways to serve our customers.

Whether you’re tackling a home improvement project, preparing for a day on the Chesapeake Bay, firing up the backyard grill, or just stopping in for a little advice, we want Park Hardware to be your go-to neighborhood store.
